Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the HomeHub platform ("Service") located at https://homehub.tapya.xyz. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
HomeHub is a private home management application designed to integrate smart home automations, Home Assistant devices, Tuya IoT hardware, inventory tracking, task lists, and optional Google Calendar synchronization for household management.
2. User Accounts & Security
You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all actions performed through your authenticated session.
- Operate physical smart home appliances (lights, plugs, heaters) responsibly and in compliance with safety standards.
3. Google Calendar & Third-Party Services
When using the Google Calendar sync feature, you acknowledge and agree that access to your calendar events is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You may unlink Google Calendar at any time.
4. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. HOMEHUB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM SMART DEVICE HARDWARE ERRORS, POWER OUTAGES, OR NETWORK DISRUPTIONS.
